There was a middle aged rude man in a purple jacket, who was seating people where he saw fit. Clean room? We then tried to make the best of a frustrating situation, and got ready and went to our show. Our luggage was not taken to our room as promised, and upon entering found personal item from previous guests. We were embarrassed at the restaurant, and returned to finally get our keys. We were unable to change out of travel clothes and get ready. They stored our luggage, and assured us our luggage would be taken to room, as we had a 5pm dinner reservation. Friday.on a show night?! She then informs me that my 4pm checkin will be pushed to 5pm as our room still wasn’t ready. When I finally got to the front, I asked the only employee, a shift manager, why she was the only one at the desk on a Friday at checkin time? She informed me that they had a large staff meeting that day, so were short on staff. I got back in long lineup at hotel desk about 3:40. We couldn’t even wait in lounge, as it doesn't open til 4:30pm on a Friday. We arrived at 2:30, asking for early checkin, but room was not available. The casino charges hundreds of dollars for, in order to go see a show in their venue. On Feb 24/23 myself and three girlfriends reserved a suite.
